Delivery and collection terms for insulation and accessories:

Orders placed online before 12 noon, can be collected on the same day depending on the availability of our goods.

If you choose delivery, you can count on a delivery within 2 to 3 working days (deliveries within Belgium) after the day of the order in function of the availability of our goods.

If the goods are not in stock, you must take into account the current delivery times of our suppliers, which are discussed with the customer.

Your payment terms can be found individually after personal registration via our web shop.

Performance and associated costs insulation and accessories:

Free collection : (Havenlaan 7 A , at 3980 Tessenderlo - Poort 1)

Monday - Friday: 7.30h - 12.00h and from 12.30h - 17.00h

Excluding public holidays, annual leave, bridging days.

Shipping/Delivery of insulation and accessories:

Free delivery within Belgium: from 750 Euro Net order value of the goods, excluding VAT. (Spiral ducts are always "ex-factory")

Transport costs Parcel goods < 750 Euro Net order value of the goods within Belgium: 30 Euro transport costs per DPD parcel (max 30 kg).

Transport costs for Pallet-goods < 750 Euro Net order value of the goods within Belgium: are calculated individually depending on the distance & volume of the order.

Transport costs Package-goods and Pallet-goods with delivery outside Belgium: are calculated individually according to distance & volume of order.
