Axial Fans
An axial fan is shaped like a wheel. The fan moves the airflow in the longitudinal direction of the drive shaft. This is how they got the name: axial. These fans can move a serious amount of air and take up reasonably little space because of their small size. For example, you can place the fan against a wall or window, where the air can be led directly outside.
As mentioned, axial fans use axial force. This provides a large capacity to move large amounts of air, in a compact housing. The impeller of the fans consists of a special forward-curved blade through which the air is transported. These axial fans are best used in low-pressure systems.
